The Mennonite Disaster Service and Mennonite Central Committee are providing aid for those affected by Monday's shooting at an Amish community in Nickel Mines Pennsylvania.  Donations are being accepted through MCC and Spokesperson Allison Peters says they'll be taking contributions by phone, mail and online.  She notes money will be used for medical care, transportation, supportive care and other needs.
Peters adds MCC has strong ties to the Amish community in Pennsylvania, noting they have an office near Nickel Mines and Amish residents have always been willing to lend a helping hand.
