Kelly Earl Meeches (24 years old)On February 26th, 2016 at 8:30 p.m., Portage RCMP responded to a call of an unknown male wielding a machete near the Tupper Street Bridge. Police are asking for your assistance in locating the accused, Kelly Earl Meeches (24 years old), last seen running toward the Oak Bay area.

Meeches is described as an Aboriginal male, standing 5’11” tall, weighing 165 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

Donovan Abraham Spence (23 years old)RCMP are also asking for your help in locating Donovan Abraham Spence (23 years old), who is presently at large on a warrant for his arrest. Spence is believed to be residing in the Portage la Prairie area. He's described as an Aboriginal male, standing 5’9” tall, weighing 200 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Spence has several scars on his face, and tattoos on his arms.
