MacGregor Collegiate Institute staff coordinated matching outfits for Halloween with a very intriguing twist.
Staff at the school decided to grow their roots together by dressing up as trees from the Amazon rainforest while also wearing prime numbers, in order to become 'Amazon Prime.'
Kyle McKinstry, the Principal at McGregor Collegiate says that that staff have been working away on this group costume for about a week now.
McKinstry shares that the Amazon Prime costume was well received by students, noting some of them got the idea while others had to have it explained to them.
"I would say about pretty much 2/3 of our student population is dressed up and enjoying the day."
McKinstry says he is proud to work with such a close knit group.
"They're willing to do whatever it takes for students to learn and feel a sense of belonging at our schools. So, that's very important, and it feels great to be here."
