The Manitoba government is looking for your input when it comes to the 2022 provincial budget.

Finance Minister Scott Fielding made the announcement on Monday, and two telephone town halls have been held already. One was held Tuesday evening for rural Manitobans, while another was held Wednesday evening for Winnipeg residents. Another one for Winnipeggers will be held on January 24th at 6 p.m.

Virtual public meetings will be held at 6:30 p.m. on the following days:
- Monday, January 17th for rural Manitobans)
- Thursday, January 20th for Winnipeg residents (English-French bilingual)
- Wednesday, January 26th for northern Manitobans

"As we prepare our upcoming budget, our government continues to be dedicated to protecting and supporting all Manitobans during the COVID-19 pandemic, while also maintaining our province's forward momentum toward a full economic recovery," said Fielding in a release. "We want to hear what matters most to Manitobans and their families, so we can chart a course to address those priority areas. To accommodate as many residents as possible, we invite Manitobans to share their views via their choice of virtual or telephone engagement sessions, or through the online survey."
